100 Acres - 60 Artists - 4 Days - 1 Stage
In 2012, a few film friends and I decided to start up our own production company. The team accepted the challenge of branding and producing a 4-day music festival, called StereoTerra.
I played many roles which allowed me to expand my skills as a producer, like whoa.
- Oversaw festival logistics, layout & budget.
- Coordinated event staffing, negotiated partnerships with 3rd party vendors.
- Created branding & marketing strategies, signed on sponsorships & supervised communications with ticket holders.
- Managed timelines, permits, payment schedules.
- Handled artist contracts, management, hospitality & travel.
I was the main point of contact to the local community, external partners and law enforcement throughout the duration of the festival.
This music festival was most definitely the biggest challenge I have faced to date - and I am so grateful for everything I learned in the process.
