Chevrolet went BIG to celebrate Camaro's 50th Anniversary. Collaborating with I Love Dust, an artist collective from the UK, the GM Heritage Center and Camaro Chief Engineer, Al Oppenhieser, Chevy set out to give all Camaro owners across the globe, the greatest tribute of all.
Producing the time-lapse mural Camaro video was like watching paint dry. The most epic, baddest, coolest paint dry - ever. With 6 cameras, 9 Camaros in one huge warehouse in Detroit - we captured magic, as well as a lot of muscle.
This 60 foot canvas was a mobile art piece that travelled across the country to SEMA, car shows and landed back at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit. Chevrolet built an interactive experience to give its Camaro followers memories and collectibles.
Camaro lovers are extreme dieheart fans, and it showed.
